			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>One goal for the early years is to make sure the kids are reading well and developing an understanding for math concepts. Reading stories and doing fun activities related to a theme is a great way to add excitement to a child&#8217;s learning experience. &#8216;School work&#8217; really isn&#8217;t needed for kids to get a great education. Most of what we think of when we think of school work is actually busy work created to give teachers a chance to work kids individually while their classmates are busy.</p>
<p>Sadly, these exercises are commonly used for &#8216;learning&#8217; now, and not only is it boring learning, it&#8217;s not that effective.</p>
