Chicken Mirango

Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/2 to 3 lb fryer cut in pieces
  • 1 package spaghetti sauce mix
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 1 pound fresh mushrooms

Instructions
 

  • Mix together the sauce mix and wine, add tomatoes.
  • Pour this over the cut up chicken in Crock Pot.
  • When chicken is almost done, about 30 minutes from done, put the mushrooms on top and cook 30 more minutes.
  • Serve with pasta or rice.

Notes

Kids even love this with the mushrooms.
