Chopped BBQ Beef

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bottle chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1 Tablespoons salt
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup catsup
  • 2 cups water
  • dash Tabasco sauce
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 1 small cloves garlic

Instructions
 

  • Bring mixture to a boil.
  • Put 4-5 pounds chopped beef (any cut — chuck works or brisket) into a Crock Pot and cover with sauce.
  • Cook on low all day.
  • Serve on fresh buns.

Notes

Add water as cooking if needed and is drying out to much.
