Vegemite(just a small amount)
1avocado(ripe)
salt & pepper(to taste)
Optional
butter
lemon juice
crumbled feta
chili flakes
Instructions
Toast bread until golden brown.
Spread a thin layer of butter while the toast is still warm. (Optional)
Spread a very thin layer of Vegemite on each slice.
Top with sliced or mashed avocado.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add optional toppings if desired.
Serve immediately.
