Ingredients

chili sauce

chili powder

celery seed

vinegar

cup
Worcestershire sauce

brown sugar

catsup

cups
water
dash
Tabasco sauce

large
onion chopped
1
small
cloves garlic
Instructions
Bring mixture to a boil.
Put 4-5 pounds chopped beef (any cut — chuck works or brisket) into a Crock Pot and cover with sauce.
Cook on low all day.
Serve on fresh buns.
Notes
Add water as cooking if needed and is drying out to much.
