1/2cuphomemade or canned low fat beef broth(I used 1 10 1/2 oz can)
sour cream or yogurt
Instructions
Place ground meats, onion soup mix, eggs, oatmeal, milk, parsley, salt, pepper, beef stock base, nutmeg and allspice in a mixing bowl. Mix until blended.
Shape into 1 1/4-inch balls. Place 1 inch apart in a shallow baking pan.
Bake in a 425ºF. oven for 15 minutes, or until browned.
Transfer to the Crock Pot.
Pour in broth and cover. Cook on low for 1-2 hours.
