
2 Easy Infused Water Recipes: Lemon + Watermelon Lime Mint
Whenever I’m prepping fruits or juicing, there’s usually a little extra—a few slices of lemon, a sprig of mint, a wedge of watermelon that’s too small for the juicer. Instead of letting those bits go to waste, I toss them into a water bottle and turn them into an easy infused water.
It’s one of the simplest ways to stay hydrated—and it feels like you’re treating yourself without any extra effort.
Here are two of my favorite quick combos:
Lemon Infused Water
Simple and classic. Toss a few lemon slices into your water for a clean, refreshing boost of vitamin C.
Ingredient + Benefits:
- Lemon slices — Packed with vitamin C, supports digestion, and helps balance pH levels.
Watermelon Lime Mint Infused Water
When you have a little leftover watermelon and a slice or two of lime, you’re halfway to something amazing. Add some mint for a fresh twist.
Ingredients + Benefits:
- Watermelon chunks — High in water content, with antioxidants like lycopene for skin and heart health.
- Lime slices — Adds vitamin C and helps alkalize the body.
- Fresh mint leaves — Helps with digestion and adds a fresh flavor kick.
