Power Greens Banana Berry Smoothie With Flax Seeds
Contemplating what is going on my to do list today and drinking my green smoothie. It is a powergreens mix of spinach, kale, chard, and mizuna, along with 1 1/3 cups of golden flax seeds, 2 bananas, 1 cup of frozen mixed berries, about 3 inches of ginger, and almond milk. I split it into 2 large containers of smoothie.
