This refreshing green smoothie blends leafy greens, banana, mixed berries, lemon, and ginger into a powerhouse drink that’s perfect for mornings or midday energy. Packed with fiber, antioxidants, and plant-based nutrients, it’s a delicious way to load up on goodness—fast.
 
Before the smoothie, left to right:
  • My Vitamix container with half of the Taylor Farms Organic Smoothie & Juice Starter mix (spinach, kale, chard, and mizuna).
  • A bag of frozen bananas.
  • The rest of the 1-pound box of Taylor Farms Organic Smoothie & Juice Starter Mix (from Kroger)
  • A knob of fresh ginger
  • 1 whole lemon.
  • Aldi’s Frozen Berry Medley (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries).
  • Golden Flax Seeds (Better Health)
  • Almond Breeze Unsweetened Original almond milk

This made enough smoothie to split into two large containers
