Berry Lemon Ginger Infused Water – Easy Refreshing Recipe

This infused water is a simple, flavorful way to stay hydrated — especially when you have extra frozen berries to use up. It’s vibrant, slightly tangy, and has just enough ginger kick to keep things interesting.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup frozen berry mix (blueberry, blackberry, raspberry) I used enough to cover the bottom of my jar
  • 3 lemon slices
  • 1/2″ fresh ginger, sliced
  • Cold water

Instructions:

  • Add berries, lemon, and ginger to a mason jar.
  • Fill with cold water.
  • Let infuse in the fridge for 1–2 hours.

Optional: Gently muddle the berries once they thaw for a bolder flavor.

Flavor Notes:
Lightly fruity, citrusy, and gently spiced. The longer it sits — especially as the berries thaw — the more flavor it develops.

Simple, Naturally-Flavored Hydration
While infused waters don’t deliver the full nutrients of juice or smoothies, they do offer subtle flavor that may encourage you to drink more water throughout the day.
