Blueberry Banana Ginger Green Smoothie and Planning
Planning in my Erin Condren Life Planner and enjoying this morning’s smoothie. Green smoothie for today is a powergreens mix of spinach, kale, chard, and mizuna, along with 1 cup of golden flax seeds, 1 1/2 cups of frozen bananas, 1 cup of frozen blueberries, about 3 inches of ginger, and almond milk. I put more almond milk in my smoothie so it is more liquidy to drink vs they way I was making them with way too little liquid, so much that you could eat it with a fork. I like getting the very ripe bananas in the cheap section. I cut them up and place on wax paper on a baking tray and freeze them then just put into freezer bags. It makes the smoothies creamy.
