Chicken Mirango
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 to 3 lb fryer (cut in pieces)
- 1 package spaghetti sauce mix
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 pound fresh mushrooms
Instructions
- Mix together the sauce mix and wine, add tomatoes.
- Pour this over the cut up chicken in Crock Pot.
- When chicken is almost done, about 30 minutes from done, put the mushrooms on top and cook 30 more minutes.
- Serve with pasta or rice.

Kids even love this with the mushrooms.
