Cuban Style Black Bean Salad

Cuban style black bean salad: Baby spinach, cherry tomatoes, cilantro, and Cuban style black beans (Trader Joe’s beans) + a whole lemon squeezed for dressing. I was surprised it tasted good as I just picked a few items from the fridge and cupboard, completely guessed at it.
