Erin Condren Deluxe Monthly Planner Used as Work Planner

My work planner is an Erin Condren Deluxe Monthly Planner in 7×9 size. I uncoil it to add in many note pages for work. Most of the extra note pages are recycled from past notebooks. Some of the note pages are the same information I use year after year & I love that I don’t need to rewrite it all, I can just coil it in. I also laminated a copy of an old elementary school photo that has me & one of my coworkers in it from 1st Grade! I hole punched it & use it as a divider page.

I use Instagram for some Health & Safety messages, so to keep me on track, I used the long lined sticky notes of when I should be posting those messages. I also have noted on there when I should be doing extra work that’s outside of what I normally do.

The productivity pages are used for monthly passwords, my checklist, any goals that I want to accomplish for the month, & space for to do items. The first note page prior to the month is used for notes. The big kaleidoscope page I use for events like when a driver & his or her family have a baby & I need to order something for their new addition. It is also used for when there is a death & I need to order sympathy arrangements.

The monthly calendar lists family & friends’ birthdays & major events. Again, I use the long sticky notes so I can easily transfer the info year to year.

The note pages right after the month are for used to mark down what driver needs a uniform piece, I write their name, the item they want, & their size. Once I order it, I write the date & the order number. I also order supplies for my building & the page labeled ‘Oasis’ is to mark down who is requesting what item, the purchase order number & the date. The next note page is for reminders, & the last is usually used for the Uniforms ordering overflow of notes.

Since you can order any cover you like & many have the option to choose your own colorway, I opted for one in brown with gold & put the company name as well as my own on it! So fun!
