Farm Stand Juice

Went to farm stand and made a lot of juice. Juices are various combos of beets, bosc (?) and Asian pears, Honeycrisp & Cortland apples, romaine, leaf lettuce, carrots, sweet potato, and red peppers. Should last me for 3 days possibly. Once the washing and chopping are done, making the juice goes rather quickly. I wanted to grab a watermelon too but my daughter said No. Lol

Containers used: Ball Spiral regular mouth jars that I purchased from Target. They also have wide mouth that comes in a taller size. I find the spiral shaped jars easier to hold on to without my hands slipping on them especially if the jars are wet with condensation. Bormioli Rocco Quattro Stagioni 13.5-ounce jars.

Ball Elite Collection Design Series Spiral Canning Jars, Wide Mouth, 28 Ounce – these are the wide mouth jars as I could not find the regular mouth jars on Amazon. On occasion I have seen the spiral jars at Kroger.

I saw this Ghost Pepper display at Irma’s. Irma’s Farm Stand is on Dequindre south of Square Lake. They close for the season on Halloween.
