Flat Tire Smoothie
I’ve had a rough day. Long story short – I got a flat tire. The amount of air gushing out of the tire was crazy to me. It took a while before help could arrive. After most was said and done, I really needed a smoothie. So here is my Flat Tire Smoothie. It is made with orange juice, Powergreens (Kroger – not Costco), chia seeds, mango, pineapple, shredded carrots. It was too chunky so I added a frozen banana. The banana made it nice and creamy. It was a nice pick me up from my day.
