Today’s meal prep salad has kale, spinach, cucumber, asparagus, and celery. This will last me a few days. Not shown is the bags for smoothie prep – no asparagus in those. Also cut up were bananas that were bought ripe to pop in the freezer and help make the smoothies smooth without added ice. Many many thanks to my daughter for chopping everything like a fiend!! ❤
