Hope
To all my friends…Please know there is hope. If you feel you cannot overcome an obstacle alone, then reach out to your friends, your family, your loved ones.

Learn that depression is a treatable illness and the types of treatment available. Read about depression and clinical depression. Most of all – educate yourself. Get second opinions from doctors. Medication of the wrong kind or wrong dosage is fatal.
