Inspirational Mentor
There are a few people who are my inspiration and mentors on my journey in juicing and getting healthy. One of the first people I came across online was Kristina Carrillo-Bucaram. I watch her YouTube videos to learn technique, recipes, and get ideas. She shares her story on her website. Her newest video talks about food bullies. This is something Iβm currently dealing with at work. Co-workers voice their opinions on what they think my drinks resemble and ask me what it is that Iβm drinking, This can be an annoyance especially when Iβm working on the phone. There have been days where Iβve written the recipe on the whiteboard in my office and just point to it when the questions start flowing. Kristinaβs video could not have come at a better time. What I love about learning from Kristina is her positivity, enthusiasm, and willingness to share her knowledge to help others achieve their goals.

Gifted With ADD
I have encountered food bullies quite a lot. The sad thing is that I succumb to it and change my eating to suit THEM. Something I’m working on. Thanks for your post.
