Making Watermelon Juice

Watermelon Juice! Such a beautiful color and a very tasty drink. I love it! This was so huge it made over 3 of these lovely bottles. Can you tell I really dig these juices.

I just washed the entire watermelon, cut it, then put it in the juicer. Strained it a bit to make it smoother. I don’t freeze my juice or make it in advanced for the next day. I have a smaller size fridge (nothing fancy but works great for my family) with top freezer so there isn’t much room for winter readiness.
