My Road to Fully Raw – Breaking Bad Habits, One Step at a Time
Whole30 is a clean eating program similar to paleo, though I haven’t read the book. It’s not something I plan to follow, as my goal is to be 100% fully raw – no cheat meals, no last-minute compromises, and no bending the rules for convenience or holidays. I want to fuel my body with the best possible nutrition, and for me, that means raw, whole foods.
That said, clean eating is a great first step for anyone moving toward a raw lifestyle. It’s a chance to reset your habits and start making healthier choices. Clean Eating Magazine was a helpful resource if you’re on this path.
Breaking bad habits takes time. The hardest for me to quit was Dr. Pepper. I used to drink it all the time, and the headaches when I quit were brutal. It took over a year to fully break that habit, but I’m so glad I stuck with it. Small steps lead to big changes.
