Nama J2 Juicer
I recently bought a Nama J2 Cold Press Juicer, and it’s become a really helpful addition to my health routine.
Before this, I used an Omega Vert 350 for years (I even wrote about it back in 2014). It served me well and gave me a lot of great juice, but it’s not ideal for batch juicing. I needed something that fit how I actually juice now.
I didn’t buy the Nama J2 on a whim. I researched, watched videos, read reviews, and thought through what would realistically work for my lifestyle. I wanted something quiet, easy to clean, and simple enough that I wouldn’t avoid using it when I was tired or busy. The J2 checked all of those boxes.
What really sold me was the self-feeding hopper. I can load it with apples, celery, greens – whatever I’m using – and let it do its thing. I still prep the produce, of course, but I’m not standing there feeding it piece by piece like I did with the Omega Vert. The XL size makes batch juicing much easier, which matters when I want enough juice for a few days at a time.
Assembly and cleanup are straightforward, especially if you’ve used a vertical masticating juicer before. It’s very similar to my old Omega Vert: twist the auger into place, lock everything down, rinse and brush when you’re done.
Right now, I’m keeping things simple – greens, a little fruit, and plenty of hydration. I’m not aiming for perfection. I’m just trying to support my body while life is still busy.
For me, the Nama J2 XL feels like a supportive tool rather than another obligation. And that’s exactly what I need right now.

Oh, I wish I loved juicing. It always seems like so much work to me. You make it sound easy!! I love how wonderful I feel having fresh juiced plants. It sounds like you have found the right one that works for you. It sounds amazing! Thanks for sharing! Diana

The juice and new juicer sound really good!
In the 90s, a friend who owned in a small herb store had a juicer, & provided veggies for his employees to juice for their breaks! Fresh Nettles from a customer were lovely spring addition!

That sounds like a special experience-having access to fresh food and that kind of care built into the day. It’s nice to hear about workplaces that operate with that kind of intention.
