Planner Coils

Today’s project otherwise known as Am I Crazy? I uncoiled my Mini Recollections Spiral Planner and coiled in an Erin Condren black coil. I have more space to add pages due to the bigger coil size. I also have a much sturdier coil in a color I want. The coil gauge is thicker on the Erin Condren coil than the Recollections coil.

I do have to go by the hardware store to see if they can size the coil as it is shorter than the regular size Erin Condren Life Planner. There are 26 holes on the Mini Recollections Spiral Planner vs 35 holes on the Erin Condren Life Planner.

End result. Hardware store charged me $2, one dollar for each cut, and they bent the ends up properly. I used huge binder clips to hold it together, and as I uncoiled the dinky coil, I coiled in the black coil. I didn’t use my other silver coil because that holds some of my Erin Condren covers. And I like the black better.
