Spinach Pineapple Blueberry Kale Flax Seed Smoothie
Today’s smoothies are spinach, kale, frozen blueberries, frozen pineapple, flax seeds, and some water. The second smoothie has everything else as the first smoothie except I swapped out frozen blueberries for frozen mango.
Flax seeds are great! Great to get in your Omega 3s and do some internal brushing.
