Upward Basketball and Cheerleading
Where: Faith Church, 3411 Airport Road, Waterford MI 48329
Who: Boys and Girls Kindergarten through 8th Grade

Practices Begin – the week of Monday, January 19th, 2009
First Game – Saturday, February 7, 2009 – all games are on Saturdays
Awards Celebration – Friday, April 3, 2009

Registration Information:

Early registration cost per child for basketball is $59; after December 13, the cost is $69.
Child will receive Upward reversible jersey, Upward Basketball T-shirt, Upward car magnet, and end-of-season award.
Basketball shorts are optional at a cost of $15.

Early registration cost per child for cheerleading is $59; after December 13, the cost is $69.
-Child will receive Upward Cheerleading uniform, Upward Cheerleading megaphone, Upward poms, Upward car magnet, matching hair ribbon, and end-of-season award.
Cheerleading mock turtlenecks are optional at a cost of $15.

Deadline for registration is December 29.

Register online at www.hisupward.net or registration form may be dropped off at Faith Church anytime between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Tuesday through Friday.

Registration and Orientations:

Everyone must attend one basketball registration or cheerleading orientation at Faith Church.
Kindergarten through 8th Grade Boys/Girls – Thursday, December 11, between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
Kindergarten through 8th Grade Boys/Girls – Saturday, December 13, between 12:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Registration and orientations will take approximately 20 minutes.
