Watermelon Juice & Lemon Blueberry Infused Water
Lemon Blueberry Infused Water
I used most of an entire lemon and added as many blueberries as I thought would be tasty in this infused water.
The watermelon for today’s juicing is roughly 10-inches long.
I made such a mess in my kitchen the other day when I made juice and was determined to find a solution. I set my cutting board atop a higher rimmed baking pan. That simple little fix made my clean up a lot less and so much quicker. The yield from this watermelon is two 33-ounce bottles and two 13.5-ounce bottles plus whatever is in the measuring cup.
There is a store brand of watermelon juice, WTRMLN WTR Hydration Cold Pressed Juiced Watermelon Water. The 33.8-oz (1 liter bottle) cost is $8.99 at Target. The cost for 12-oz bottle on Walmart’s website is $3.28.

As far as taste, it is better than any other store-bought watermelon juice I’ve tried. Homemade watermelon juice surpasses all others in taste.
My Kroger watermelon cost $5.99 and I have two 33-ounce bottles and two 13.5-ounce bottles plus that measuring cup (over 1 cup).
Making watermelon juice costs roughly 75% less than buying premade in store.
