Watermelon Pineapple Green Smoothie
Before the blend stacked in my Vitamix 5200.
Equipment
- 1 High Speed Blender. I use the Vitamix 5200.
- 1 Knife
- 1 Cutting Board
Ingredients
- 8 cups mixture of baby spinach & baby kale
- 1/2 cup flax seeds (whole - Not ground)
- 1/2 cup watermelon (fresh)
- 1/2 cup pineapple (frozen)
- 1/2 cup bananas (frozen)
- unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
- Add the ingredients in your Vitamix container.
- First add the spinach and kale. You might have to smash it down.
- Then add the fresh cut watermelon.
- Next add the frozen pineapple and bananas.
- Then add the almond milk and flax seeds.
