Two wellness drinks from Beyond Juicery + Eatery that stand out: the Get Whit It wellness shot and The Verde juice. These were more than just tasty—they packed a serious nutritional punch.
Get Whit It Shot
Ingredients: Ginger, cayenne, lemon, wheatgrass
This small but mighty shot is the kind of thing that gives your system a wake-up call—in the best way.
Ginger: Anti-inflammatory, good for digestion, and may help fight colds.
Cayenne: Can boost metabolism, improve circulation, and aid in clearing sinuses.
Lemon: High in vitamin C and supports hydration and immune function.
Wheatgrass: Rich in chlorophyll, vitamins A, C, and E, iron, and magnesium; it’s known for detoxifying benefits and alkalizing the body.
The Verde Juice
Ingredients: Cucumber, celery, spinach, kale, lemon, cilantro
(Parsley was listed, but I swapped it for cilantro)
This one is a refreshing green juice that felt like a cleanse in a cup.
Cucumber: Hydrating and anti-inflammatory, with silica to support skin and joints.
Celery: May help reduce inflammation and support digestion.
Spinach: High in iron, folate, and antioxidants.
Kale: A superfood loaded with vitamins K, A, and C, plus calcium and fiber.
Lemon: Brightens the flavor and offers immune support.
Cilantro (my swap): Can help detox heavy metals and has antimicrobial properties.
Both drinks were energizing and nourishing in different ways. I’ve had a lot of juices and shots over the years, and these felt like they delivered the goods—especially when I was trying to stay on track with wellness.
