Whole 30
Whole30, while I havenβt read the book, from what I understand it is a clean eating program similar to paleo. It isnβt something I will follow because my goal is to be 100% fully raw. Fully raw without cheat meals, without caving into the βitβs late, have to eat somethingβ, or its cheap, or its the holidays. I can say for certain that clean eating is where to start on a journey to being fully raw. Clean Eating Magazine is great for those who want to and who are eating clean. The hardest for me to quit was pop. I used to drink Dr Pepper a lot. I got severe headaches when I quit but was so glad to be done with it. It took me a long time to quit β Iβm talking over a year. Bad habits do take a long time to break.
