It’s Easy Being Green!
In honor of Earth Day (and every other day), a homeschooling mom decided to start a group for all interested in going “green”. Whether you are new to “green living”, or have been living it your whole life, there are a lot of simple things we can do for a healthier life and a healthier planet.
If each and every one of us made even one small change in the way we do things, it could make a big difference, for our planet and ourselves.
This group is a place to share ideas, resources, and just general information on green living, including (but not limited to) recycling, reducing, reusing, and use natural, organic, chemical free (in other words “Earth friendly” products

I was looking in a paper craft magazine July 2006 and found a few big punches that fold to shape like little file folders and library pockets. I actually have one that is shaped like little file folders - I got it for our scrapbooking. It’s dimensions are 1-7/8″ x 1-3/10″. Here’s the link to the manufacturer’s website straight to the picture of what it looks like: Mini File Folder Punchie. I’m sure I can incorporate the punchie into our games.
Here’s what the mini library pockets look like: Mini Library Pockets.

The game is printable in pdf format. Download the latest version of Adobe Reader.

You can expand the game by measuring the game cards and creating a template to add more cards to suit your needs.

Office Star Teacher Program seems to have changed since I posted the information on the website. I posted from their info sheet that you’ll receive a 5% discount on every purchase you make. Now their website says you’ll get 10% back on ink, toner & paper and 1% back on nearly everything else. Print services are still 15% off. Obviously, I’m headed to Office Depot this week.
