Goulash

2 – 3 pounds beef roast
1 medium onion
1/2 cup chili sauce
1/4 cup catsup
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 Tablespoon Paprika
1 1/2 Tablespoon brown sugar
1 1/2 Tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

You can brown meat to drain off fat. I usually just cube the meat and throw it in raw. Add all ingredients plus 3 cups of water. Simmer all day. Thicken gravy with flour or corn starch. Serve over noodles, mashed potatoes or rice.
