Chocolate Berry Green Smoothie Bowl

I ran up to Krogers for greens and lucked out with a clearance find—a small stash of Organic Girl Super Greens mix, three 5-ounce containers, all expiring by July 23. It was a bargain I couldn’t pass up. Unfortunately, I struck out on clearance bananas today and am down to my last few frozen ones. Guess I’ll have to keep my eyes peeled for those next time!

So long to the last of my SunWarrior Shape Slim Collagen Boost Beauty & Slimming Formula Red Velvet Cupcake flavor. While I’m interested in exploring new ingredients like spirulina, I’ve discovered it’s not suitable for those with autoimmune disease.

I’m with Martha – you had me at chocolate! 😉
I love the night picture of Detroit – it is Detroit, right? Do you live there?

As soon as I saw the word CHOCOLATE I had to check this recipe out! I’m saving them and will give them a try when I get all my greens!

Hi Martha! The recipe would work using spinach alone. When I was at Krogers earlier, I didn’t see any spinach or other greens I am familiar with on clearance. They did have a container of mixed microgreens but I opted for the super greens mix. Let me know when you’ve tried this recipe when you can get your greens!
