These nutrients play a role in supporting your immune system, maintaining healthy bones, and aiding in energy production. Plus, spinach contains antioxidants that help protect your cells from damage.
🥭 Mango
Mangoes are not only delicious but also rich in vitamins A and C, which are important for immune health and skin maintenance. They also provide dietary fiber, which supports digestion, and antioxidants that help protect your body from oxidative stress.
🍍 Pineapple
Pineapples are a great source of vitamin C and manganese, both of which contribute to immune support and antioxidant defenses. They also contain bromelain, an enzyme that aids digestion and has anti-inflammatory properties.
🍌 Banana
Bananas offer potassium, vitamin B6, and vitamin C, nutrients that support heart health, nerve function, and energy metabolism. They also contain tryptophan, which can help regulate mood.
🌱 Chia Seeds
Chia seeds are tiny powerhouses of nutrition, providing omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, and protein. They support digestive health, help maintain healthy cholesterol levels, and provide sustained energy.

Sounds delicious! I imagine I just add enough water to get it to smoothie (instead of smoothie bowl) consistency?

I tend to use 1/2 cup of water for a smoothie bowl. I didn’t measure out my ingredients for this bowl. The ratio was about 75% spinach and 25% frozen fruit.

Love all the ingredients in your smoothie, especially mangoes. However, I am not a fan of smoothies. I rather eat them unsmoothed, in their natural state. 🙂

I’m glad you like the combination of ingredients, Lily. It is amazing how many varieties of mangoes there are! Fresh mangoes are delicious!

My daughter loves the smoothies you describe. My “goto” has more banana’s than spinach. I really was amazed at how sweet and flavorful your smoothies can be. It’s all in the recipe amounts which leave me stumped. But since she, my daughter has it, we’re good.

Bananas are wonderful. You can add one or two chopped, pitted dates to a smoothie if you like them sweeter. I bought dates the other day and wanted to try my hand at making power balls.
Thank you for telling me of your friend’s website. I will be checking that out.
