2 Easy Infused Water Recipes: Lemon Ginger + Watermelon Lime Mint
Whenever I’m prepping fruits or juicing, there’s usually a little extra-a few slices of lemon, a sprig of mint, a wedge of watermelon that’s too small for the juicer. Instead of letting those bits go to waste, I toss them into a water bottle and turn them into an easy infused water.
It’s one of the simplest ways to stay hydrated-and it feels like you’re treating yourself without any extra effort.
Here are two of my favorite quick combos:
Lemon Ginger Infused Water
Simple and classic. Toss a few lemon slices into your water for a clean, refreshing boost of vitamin C.
Ingredient + Benefits:
- Lemon slices – Packed with vitamin C, supports digestion, and helps balance pH levels.
- Fresh ginger – Known for its anti-inflammatory and digestion-boosting properties.
Watermelon Lime Mint Infused Water
When you have a little leftover watermelon and a slice or two of lime, you’re halfway to something amazing. Add some mint for a fresh twist.
Ingredients + Benefits:
- Watermelon chunks – High in water content, with antioxidants like lycopene for skin and heart health.
- Lime slices – Adds vitamin C and helps alkalize the body.
- Fresh mint leaves – Helps with digestion and adds a fresh flavor kick.
