Chicken Supreme
Ingredients
- 5 to 6 pound stewing chicken
- 5 cups cream sauce
- 1 small package noodles
- 1 small bottle stuffed olives
- 1 small can pimento
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1 small can mushrooms
- 1 small onion (cut fine)
Instructions
- Stew chicken, cut meat from bones.
- Make cream sauce, using part chicken fat.
- Combine all and season with sherry wine about 1/2 cup.
- Bake in casserole and cover with grated cheese when beginning to brown.
