Another AMAZING smoothie! I am not much for mango, but my grandson is. He will love this recipe-printing it so he can take a look. Thank you!

I love mango, even though I feel a little guilty when I consider the carbon footprint associated with the transportation and storage of these tropical fruits. Over 1000 varieties? I had no idea!

It’s fascinating how food choices can impact the environment differently. I also consider environmental factors when making food choices, and lately, I’ve been focusing on healthier options compared to the standard American diet. The variety of mangoes—over 1000 varieties—is truly impressive! By the way, I’m excited for my favorite farm stand to open later this week. I’ve shared about them a few times on my blog: Irma’s Farm Stand. https://homeschoolingonashoestring.com/tag/farm-stand/
