Pineapple Mango Acai Bowl
It’s a rainy, dreary, day. I need more July feels today and wanted something light and refreshing. This bowl has 1 acai packet, about 2 cups frozen pineapple, and 2 cups frozen mango. I started with 1/4 cup of almond milk and added another 1/4 cup. I think 1/3 cup would have been fine in my Vitamix. I topped it with mango, pineapple, coconut strips, and Carlos Grain Free Blueberry Walnut Granola. I have a little bit of the acai bowl base leftover and will be adding that to my green smoothie I’m making for work.
Equipment used Vitamix 5200
Thoughts: I would definitely have this again! Slight decrease on the almond milk.

What a delightful and refreshing recipe, Jodi!
The Pineapple Mango Açaí Bowl looks absolutely delicious and perfect for a sunny day. I can’t wait to try it out! I’ve had my VitaMix for over 20 years and it’s been a game-changer in my kitchen – always making the smoothest blends. Thanks for sharing such a vibrant and healthy treat! Keep up the fantastic work!

I wish I knew the joy of making smoothie bowls years ago. It certainly would have helped me when my daughter had braces with appliances. That was a horrible period for her. I felt lucky we had the Vitamix even then so she could eat things other than instant mashed potatoes and applesauce. That’s about all she ate when she had to go to her dad’s. I’ve got a post on that within my website.

This one looks very tasty. Mango and pineapple go together so well! And it’s so good for you!
YUM YUM!

I am glad I left out banana on the acai bowl. I think it might have weighted the base down.
