Purple Sweet Potato Blueberry Smoothie Bowl
Smoothie Bowl Base Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen purple sweet potato. Start with 1/2 cup if you’re new to using it. It makes the smoothie very thick.
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp beet root powder
- 1/2 cup water, adjust as needed for blending

Instructions:
- Add all base ingredients in your Vitamix or other high-speed blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more water if needed for desired consistency.
- Pour into a bowl.
Toppings:
- Coconut chips
- Pumpkin seeds
- Cinnamon (light sprinkle)
