Raspberry Peach Green Smoothie Bowl
Today’s smoothie didn’t turn out as planned. I had expected my groceries to remain frozen until I got home, but unfortunately, the raspberries started leaking in my insulated bag.
Smoothie Bowl Ingredients:
5 ounces Power Greens. This is Trader Joe’s version: baby versions of kale, red chard, spinach, collard greens, mizuna, and frisee)
12 ounces Raspberries, sort of frozen.
1 1/2 cups Peaches, frozen.
3 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
1 scoop SunWarrior Warrior Blend Vanilla Protein Powder
Toppings:
Peach slices
Freeze-dried raspberries
Coconut chips
Sliced fresh banana
Carlo’s Grain Free Blueberry Walnut Granola
Nutritional Benefits:
- Power Greens: Rich in vitamins A, C, and K, as well as folate and fiber. Provides essential nutrients for overall health and well-being.
- Raspberries: High in fiber and antioxidants like vitamin C and quercetin, which support immune function and reduce inflammation.
- Peaches: Contain vitamins A and C, potassium, and fiber. They contribute natural sweetness and additional vitamins to the smoothie.
- Chia Seeds: Excellent source of fiber, omega-3 fatty acids, and protein. They help promote satiety and provide sustained energy.
- Protein Powder: Provides added protein for muscle repair and growth, essential for maintaining a balanced diet, especially for active individuals.
Topping Benefits:
- Peach Slices: Enhance flavor and provide additional vitamins and fiber.
- Freeze-Dried Raspberries: Concentrated source of antioxidants and add a crunchy texture.
- Coconut Chips: Provide healthy fats and a satisfying crunch.

This combination creates a well-rounded smoothie bowl that offers a balance of nutrients, antioxidants, and flavors to support overall health and energy levels throughout the day.

Sorry for your leaking raspberries! However, this flavor combo is a hit with me!

Thanks Anne! I learned two things…1-The insulated bag was great at containing the disaster and it didn’t get all over my car and 2-this is one of my favorite combinations I’ve made from this month. I think it would even make a great summer salad using the same greens with fresh raspberries and peaches.

Jodi, I think I’m starting to understand smoothie bowls– like a pudding topped with various things? So you eat it with a spoon? This one certainly looks YUMMM. I have those ingredients, except the brand of protein powder. In fact, I just had a salad with those exact Trader Joe’s greens– so loaded with vital life force energy! Thanks for a fun combination idea!

Hi Kebba! Thank you! A smoothie bowl typically has a thick and creamy consistency. It’s smooth and velvety, almost like soft-serve ice cream or sorbet to be eaten with a spoon. https://www.tiktok.com/@twincoast/video/7210911905496435973 is a super short video on TikTok that gives a visual on the consistency that I like for my smoothie bowls. I love the Trader Joe’s greens! They also have all the ingredients to make Dr. G’s Caesar Dressing which is a super easy-to-make dressing by Dr. Brooke Golder https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_abB1YwPwCI How did you dress up your salad?
