Chopped BBQ Beef
Ingredients
- 1 bottle chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 Tablespoons salt
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup catsup
- 2 cups water
- dash Tabasco sauce
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1 small cloves garlic
Instructions
- Bring mixture to a boil.
- Put 4-5 pounds chopped beef (any cut — chuck works or brisket) into a Crock Pot and cover with sauce.
- Cook on low all day.
- Serve on fresh buns.
Notes
Add water as cooking if needed and is drying out to much.
