Juicing Containers & Pumpkin Juice
Dinner juice last night was 4-5 Romaine leaves, 1 orange/red bell pepper, 1 cucumber, 10-ish cherry tomatoes, 1 beet
It looked like beets but tasted like tomatoes. This yielded 2 1/2 cups of juice.

Romaine Bell Pepper Cucumber Cherry Tomato Beet Juice
Ingredients
- 4-5 Romaine leaves
- 1 orange/red bell pepper
- 1 cucumber
- 10 -ish cherry tomatoes
- 1 beet
I like to use Bormioli Rocco Quattro Stagioni Bottle and huge coffee mugs (found at the thrift store) to hold my juice. The coffee mug is approx. 4 1/2″ wide and 4″ tall – bigger than an average size mug. This picture below gives a view of the different sizes I like to use versus regular coffee cup & mug.

This afternoon I cut up a small pumpkin (it was about 6″ tall) – it was difficult to get the rind off.

Pumpkin Juice with Gala Apples and a Pear
Ingredients
- 1 pumpkin (small, approx. 6" tall)
- 3 Gala apples
- 1 pear
Notes

Have you made pumpkin juice? What are your favorite ingredients to add in?

That looks ridiculously tasty! I find pumpkins to be difficult to slice, and sometimes dangerous to slice, depending on my coordination for the day. 🙂 Looks totally worth it, though. Saving this to my Pinterest recipe page, so I remember it. Thanks!

I was worried I would slice my thumb as well. Today, I luckily didn’t. Lol! I think when I make this again, and I will, I might try a peeler – like you’d use for potatoes. It would take a long time to get the rind off though. I should just use a better knife.
