Chicken Supreme

Ingredients
  

  • 5 to 6 pound stewing chicken
  • 5 cups cream sauce
  • 1 small package noodles
  • 1 small bottle stuffed olives
  • 1 small can pimento
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1 small can mushrooms
  • 1 small onion cut fine

Instructions
 

  • Stew chicken, cut meat from bones.
  • Make cream sauce, using part chicken fat.
  • Combine all and season with sherry wine about 1/2 cup.
  • Bake in casserole and cover with grated cheese when beginning to brown.

Notes

Wine is optional.
Noodles I like are the Banza Chickpea Pasta
Serves 8 to 10 people
