Spinach Lasagna

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Monterey Jack cheese grated
  • 8 oz lasagna noodles cooked
  • 3 packages spinach frozen chopped cooked and drained
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 lbs cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tablespoon parsley
  • 1/2 cup butter soft
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Mix cottage cheese, seasonings, eggs, and butter.
  • Grease a lasagna pan.
  • Place a layer of noodles in pan followed by a layer of cottage cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, spinach, parmesan.
  • Repeat layers
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes (uncovered?)
