Texas BBQ and Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • Add the following ingredients:
  • 1 5 oz bottle Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup cider vinegar
  • 3/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Simmer at least 4 hours.

Instructions
 

  • Cook a Boston Butt overnight in the Crock Pot.
  • Then add the ingredients list.
  • In the morning shred meat and save the juice for leftovers or not. Return to Crock Pot.
