ASTC Passport Program

If your family enjoys visiting science museums, children’s museums, nature centers, and hands-on learning exhibits, the Association of Science and Technology Centers ASTC Passport Program can help stretch your field trip budget.

Many museums and science centers that belong to the Association of Science and Technology Centers (ASTC) offer Passport Program benefits as part of their memberships. Depending on the museum and your membership level, you may be eligible for free general admission at participating locations when traveling.

For homeschooling families, this can be a great way to add educational field trips to vacations, weekend getaways, or visits with friends and relatives in other areas.

Before purchasing a membership or planning a trip, be sure to review the current ASTC Passport Program guidelines and participating locations. Rules, benefits, participating museums, and admission policies can change, so always check the official ASTC website and the museum you plan to visit for the most up-to-date information.
